- Sophie Terrill Review added: 2018.07.27★ ★ ★ ★ ★I visited with my visually impaired mother and her guide dog; the team at reception offered advice about suitable tours and areas of uneven ground which may have caused an issue. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we visited on a day when there were complimentary tours being offered! The 'Highlights tour' gave an interesting insight into some of the key prices within the museum. Loads there to see (and plenty for children). Not just a castle for sure!
