Vehicle was picked up on Saturday, then called on Monday and asked for an update was told I would get a call back never got one called again later on Monday was told again that I would get a call back still nothing 3 hours later so called again and was told that they had never heard of me or my car said I’d rung in twice already and was told by a rude employee that it wasn’t recorded on their system so I couldn’t have done! So I’m a liar then! Someone then rung back to say my car was there and someone would call me back no call back ever came! Called again this afternoon and only just looking at vehicle and ordering parts etc for a smashed sunroof pane! Constantly having to chase. Appalling service. So disappointed! Wouldn’t even give one star but had to to post this review!
