- Daniel LF .Thomas92 Review added: 2018.02.09★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My partner wished to return a pair of trainers that did fit her properly and the manager of the store treated my partner as if she was a criminal. He asked for her reciept, Which she presented to the manager, he then asked her for the emailed receipt, which she also presented to him. He then asked her if the bank card was hers in a very rude tone and proceeded to treat her unfairly and made her feel very uncomfortable. She couldn't get a word in as the manager was talking over her constantly and even made the other staff members in the store look uncomfortable. This person, who ever he may be, sets a very unprofessional example as a manager.
Sole Trader itself should evaluate it's managerial expertise umongst it's staff as it will effect your sales. Very dissapointed
