- John Walker Review added: 2018.02.19★ ★ ★ ★ ★Between the dovecote and the road there is an unusual historical artefact. Part of a bridge guard set up during WW2 to defend the nearby bridge. Only the concrete block with metal fixing point (spigot) can be seen.
