I've been a Toni & Guy client for almost 20 years and quite frankly, wouldn't trust my very fine, thin hair with anyone else! Emanuel cuts my hair every month and Helen (dare I admit!) puts in colour to cover the increasing grey! They are both consummate professionals! Highly knowledgeable, happy to talk about anything and everything and clearly recruit well! All the staff are fabulous - always a welcome from Kendall on reception and, if Emanuel or Helen aren't available, Josh, Adam and Leah - plus other lovely people are wonderful too!!
If I work away, I might be tempted to another T & G salon, as the Norwich Salon has set the standard, but I would find it very difficult to leave Emanuel and his people!
